Do you have a place where we can see the products?

Do you offer renting service for orthopedic equipment?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.

At that price, is it new products, how can I ensure the quality vs price?

Absolutely, we offer the equipment of the highest quality which is recognized in the medical field for over 30 years and this at the best market prices, our prices are so low because we have a large volume and trusted suppliers.

Our excellent business relationships with our partners allow us to give you the benefit of competitive prices on all our products. It is therefore not marginal brands or final sales batch products. So these are durable and robust product, and we find them very often in the hospital or medical center.

How to claim if my product is still under warranty?

Call or email us to indicate the nature of the failure or defect. We will then send the defective part by priority mail or will exchange the product as appropriate.

What is the delivery time, do charges apply?

In 90% of cases, you can expect to receive your items within a period of 1 to 2 business days near major center. If additional time is added, we will contact you to let you know.
